Michael Fowler , Senior Vice President of Sales, Retail

Mr. Fowler joined Ironclad in September 2015, and currently serves as Vice President of Sales in our retail sector, Mr. Fowler brings over 25 years of extensive executive experience in sales management and operation in retail and wholesale businesses. Mr. Fowler has served as Vice President of Sales at Terramar Sports and Sales Director at Manzella gloves. Prior to wholesale sales leadership Mr. Fowler served as a Vice President of Operations & Purchasing for Uncle Dan’s Outfitters, a leading specialty outdoor chain. Mr. Fowler hold an MBA from Southeast Missouri State University and an undergraduate degree in Education from Western Michigan University.

Ron Broussard – Senior Vice President of Industrial Sales, North America

Mr. Broussard brings over 30 years of extensive experience in Industrial, Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sales & distribution. Most recently Mr. Broussard served as a senior sales executive at Ansell Protective Products, a global leader in hand protection. Prior to Ansell, he served as National Sales Manager at Stanley Tools. He has forged strong relationships with the industrial customer base which should significantly help to expand Ironclad’s distribution. Mr. Broussard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.

Mike Emslie, Senior Vice President, International Markets

Mike Emslie joined Ironclad on September 1st 2016 and has over 25 years of experience in the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) category, including apparel, footwear, eye wear and hand protection. Mike held senior management positions with Wenaas, Uvex, Walls Industries & Williamson Dickies Europe division. Mike has significant experience in driving growth through building a strong and reliable international network of key partner/distributors committed to long term relationships and also building a strong brand profile.

Eric Jaeger, Vice President of Research & Development

Mr. Jaeger joined Ironclad in 2001 as its head of research and development. In this role, he is responsible for the design, development and testing of Ironclad products, development and/or discovery of new materials and the innovative application of new technologies into Ironclad’s gloves. Mr. Jaeger also manages the Company’s intellectual property portfolio, consisting of 67 trademarks and 6 U.S. Patents (with three pending), including coordinating their legal defense. Prior to Ironclad Mr. Jaeger spent fourteen years in the medical device industry as a Senior Research and Development Engineer. Mr. Jaeger served at Symphonix Devices, developing cranially-implanted medical devices that address severe hearing loss. He is the inventor of the first-ever implantable acoustic microphone. While at Guidant/Boston Scientific, Mr. Jaeger designed electromechanical cardiothoracic surgical tools. Mr. Jaeger began his professional career at the Alfred Mann Foundation for Scientific Research, where his work focused on development of an artificial human pancreas. Mr. Jaeger holds 20 U.S. and international patents on glove and implantable medical technology. He graduated with Honors from the University of California Los Angeles in 1990 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
