Ironclad® Performance Wear makes every effort to make it easy to return or exchange an order. Did you order the wrong size or decide that another style suits you better? Exchanges can be made for a different style or size by simply emailing our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your return will be processed within 48 hours of being received. If a refund is requested, once approved it will be issued based on the original method of payment. We ask that you allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and a refund will be processed if the product is no longer available.
Shipping costs: If there was a mistake on our end and we sent you the wrong order or you received a damaged product, we will pay for shipping on exchanges and refunds to and from our facility. Please note that on exchanges due to ordering the wrong size or style, cost of shipping the product back to Ironclad & shipping costs from Ironclad's warehouse in California is the responsibility of the customer.
Below you may fill out the Product Return form in order to return a set of gloves that have been damaged through delivery or were defective within 30 days of your purchase. Please make sure to upload images of the gloves in question or unfortunately we can not issue a refund/exchange.
Once your submission has been processed, you will be issued an RGA number. The RGA number is just an authorization, not a guarantee that goods will be accepted for refund or exchange. Once the RGA number is issued it is valid for 15 days.
